2022 CIC Symposium Registration
|
The CIC symposium “Methods, Metrics, and Measurements for Community Resiliency and Equity for All” will be held virtually May 4 – 5, 2022. This year, participants can hear from experts connected with two leading organizations on the effective use of data for transformational change. The Association for Public Data Users (APDU) and Community Indicators Consortium (CIC) are combining dates in a virtual platform. The APDU symposium “A Future for Good: How Public Data Helps Us Create Resiliency and Equity for All” will be held virtually May 3 – 4, 2022. Both CIC and APDU members share a vital concern with the responsible and rigorous collection, creation, distribution, preservation, and analysis of data.
Take advantage of this opportunity to hear about the progress being made, and how to put data to work for resiliency and equity for all.

The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, a program of the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, works to improve health outcomes for all and to close the health disparities between those with the most and least opportunities for good health. This work is rooted in a deep belief in health equity, the idea that everyone has a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, income, location, or any other factor. The Rankings are unique in their ability to measure the health of nearly every county in all 50 states, and are complemented by guidance, tools, and resources designed to accelerate community learning and action. Explore how healthy your community is by county, find and understand the data you need, and explore their model on the website.
