Indicators, performance measurement, annual, commitments, strategic, goals, outcomes, communityDescription
“Community indicators developed jointly by community members and city employees to represent a level of success in each of the six strategic Commitments identified in the Strategic Plan. A total of eight indicators combine to provide an overall status for each commitment.
Indicators were developed through both live and ‘virtual’ (email) participation by the community. All indicators were chosen by the community, not staff.
Indicators are refreshed usually annually or biannually depending on what they represent. They are reported annually to Council in a televised session (or sessions).
Indicators are displayed on the web with ‘traffic light’ indicators that use no numbers at the highest two levels, but they can be drilled down to the numbers behind the colors and full data is displayed.”
