Categories of indicators used in this project include: Demographics, Behavioral Health, COVID-19, Disabilities, ER Utilization Rates, Food Insecurity, Housing, Community and Environmental Health, Mortality, Opioid Epidemic, Oral Health, Physical Health, Healthcare Access and Quality, Social Determinants of Health, Economic Security and Social Mobility, Lifelong Learning and Education, Families, Youth Well-Being, Regional Disparities, Healthy People 2020/2030 Progress, and a SocioNeeds Index.
