Mission: Identifying the community’s greatest need using data, and convening community leaders to create a coordinated community response.
In 2014 we did the initial indicators selection based of the data that was compiled and the community survey and forum results. We wanted to address not only what the data showed were in need of improvement, but also what the community wanted to see done. Five focus areas were identified and task forces were formed around each focus area. These task forces meet once a month to create strategies to address an indicator. Often times, we have resources we can make more efficient through partnerships and MOU’s. We want to be the space for collaborations that increase the community’s quality of life.

Annual Report, Online Reporting, OtherAwards & Accomplishments:
Currently looking to address Domestic Violence through connecting all agencies involved like: probation, the Solicitor's Office, victim services, vocational rehabilitation, abuse counselors, batterers intervention providers, and other agencies involved with families. We also are working to create a coordinated community response around dental health. We have organizations that provide services to children, and serve a few adults, but we are not meeting the need. We are looking to create a new program that will serve many more uninsured adults, but also create a network that provides a better referral system that will include reduce emergency room visits and engaging local dentist.Other Partners
