Description

The biennial Our Miami Report provides a community snapshot of key quality of life issues shaping Greater Miami’s vitality by examining the data, trends and stories behind them.

The 2016 study collected secondary research including more than 70 data points across eight critical issues: arts & culture, civic engagement, economy, education, environment & public space, health & safety, housing & affordability and transportation.

The biennial report builds on the 2014 Our Miami Report and the 2012 Our Miami: Soul of the City study, which explored factors that connect people to the place they live. The 2016 report takes the research to a new level in terms of its scope and approach to finding connections across the indicators.

Has Perfomance Measures?

Yes
The Report benchmarks Miami-Dade County against four other regions in the US in order to provide context to our performance. And, we display multiple years of data to provide a historical view which helps determine if we are improving or falling behind in our objectives.
