The Ready By 21 Coalition of Central Texas (RB21) is a unique partnership of agencies, organizations and individuals who share a common vision for the well-being of children and youth in Central Texas (Greater Austin/Travis County area). RB21 developed the RB21 Dashboard, which currently tracks 25 indicators of children and youth well-being. RB21 Dashboard outcomes and indicators were collectively defined by over 100 individuals from over 60 local agencies and continue to be reviewed, analyzed and refined for improved shared understanding of the community’s progress and potential solutions for moving the needle toward positive outcomes for children and youth across the region. The RB21 outcome areas and indicators are utilized to channel and organize data in the online Youth Services Mapping (YSM) system (ysm-austin.org) to give the community a better understanding of the youth services located across the region and the strategic outcomes they are working toward, and this information is used for community-wide planning and analysis.
