“The South Dakota KIDS COUNT project began in 1993 and is part of a network of projects supported and coordinated by the Annie E. Casey Foundation. A major goal of the Initiative is to foster a nationwide commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and their families. The project is located at The University of South Dakota, Beacom School of Business.
State and local organizations rely on SD KIDS COUNT for comprehensive data profiles such as the annual Factbook, a Facts on KIDS quarterly monograph, and special reports.”
