Is your internal evaluation process long, confusing and frustrating for the entire organization? Is it too techy for the tech people? The process of collecting and analyzing organizational internal data can be a long and exhausting process not just for the evaluator but also for internal staff. This process can lead to burnout and lack of staff buy-in for continuous improvement and data. Participants will engage in conversation and learn how to create effective, useful, real-time dashboards and effective questions. Through creating efficient, effective internal data collection tools and processes, organizations are able to better communicate overall impact, monitor progress of programs and support a learning environment.
